My ram stick died and i went to return it to store i had bought it. i went in, asked for warranty they sent me backroom where some nerd sitting.
said my ram broken. handed him two sticks in antistatic bag.
he asked for my mobile number. i said it.
he checked in their store database when i ordered it and said they will send it to Gskill for replacement.
7 days later i had new kit of rams in retail packaging.
they didn't ask me any checks, they didnt care that the packaging is missing etc. and didnt try to weasel out.
and i dint need to contact brand.
