what a surprise. georgian brie sucks ass, who would've thought? even decent french brie that hasn't been aged correctly is kinda ass. i can't imagine how bad a badly preserved, imported georgian brie could be. stick to hard aged cheeses and you'll be alright.

When I'm feeling posh and European I like to have feta cheese with oregano on it on sandwiches. Slice of ham or chicken and jobs a gooden. Especially with some tomato ketchup.
