Lots of americans just work daily 8-12 hours with just 2 weeks of holiday a year, and all that until they are old. How they do it? I would just kill myself. I have like 3-4 months off on average every year. I would crazy if i just had 2 weeks.

Why do you think we have such a terrible mental health crisis, and why do you think the vast majority of our citizens are drug addicts, alcoholics and escapists? It's because we, as citizen-slaves, are bred to be fuel stock for the great hellfires of the Moloch of industrial capital.

US work ethic is retarded. People break their backs so their turbo capitalist bosses can retire in their 40s and play good all day. Or they crunch insane hours only to deliver a bad job. Ther's a reason why US has a trade deficit despite being so "hard working".

I started to make fun of ranchers, but they're not all that bad. The more animals, the more work. But farmers without livestock are hilariously lazy outside of a few weeks a year. It is mind-numbingly boring to work for them because mostly they aren't doing anything and they just go through the motions. In America kids are taught that getting a stable job makes you above others. Somehow be at service makes you a member of 'upper-class'. But it's not the only option though. Being an entrepreneur is ever more respected. It's just to run a business no matter how small you still have to work a lot. Like more than your actual employees.

If you're hourly, you usually work 9-5:30 or 9-6 with an unpaid, 30 minute or 1 hour lunch break. I used to make all kinds of fun schedules though when I did workforce management. I designed a schedule for 3 days, 12 hours a day (I gave them the 4 extra hours for free for accepting such a schedule) on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. The reason is we needed coverage in a NOC 24/7 but only light coverage. So I just had two working that schedule from 7am - 7pm and 7pm-7am I made all kinds of crazy schedules so I could fill gaps in schedules and because workers sometimes like weird stuff because they have lives that require different times to be available.

I hate a lot about porknr, but what I like the most is that if you work in some state owned/affiliated company you get an average income doing literally nothing and having 28 days a year for vacations and other social gibs. As a lazy low skilled ass, I like that. Well, Scandinavia maybe could be even better place because coders pay 50% of their income for me to be equal and you don't need useful connections to find the right job. >>25751049 nobody lives 5 minutes away bro, everyone lives in the suburbs while the city is merely a place for work. zoning laws prevent mixing housing and commerical buildings.

>>25751061 Interesting, for example the only Amazon warehouse in my area is in Bolesławiec (on the right), and as you can see, there are some houses right near it (on the left). I only worked 3 years of my life, but I learned the most important thing is to cut your commute to minimum, that's the only way life as a wagie can be bearable.

>>25751061 >zoning laws prevent mixing housing and commerical buildings. Imagine believing this is true in urbanized areas of the country. Nigga watches too much YouTube. There is mixed use everywhere in the city.

>>25751084 Plenty of such cases here but even if you lived in a nearby development, biking would probably be scary.

Yep saw it from City Beautiful. he also said that lawns are racist can't find the video though. Also, if there's low cost housing, there'll be niggers in it. That's why Dave Chappelle is so against it on his hometown lmao.
