Do you guys repurpose your leftovers into new dishes? I often make one-bowl meals on the weekend from leftover scraps. Real bachelor chow. This week I made steak and then this weekend I diced it up and used the drippings with rice and sauteed peppers, onions and mushrooms. Similarly, I turned pork chops into macaroni and cheese with peas and pork.
