What if you use an induction heater to heat up a small batch and agitate the sand/gold mixture with something nonconductive like air. I think the little globs of gold would stick together as they tumble. The trouble is if there are any other metals you'd have to filter them out with a magnet. Also idk how strongly the melted gold would adhere to the sand but maybe you can play with the amperage so that it doesn't get too embedded.

Why do you even need to process and purify the gold in the first place? Have you even found enough for doing such a thing, and did the stuff you did find test to have significant enough impurities that would effect selling or if cyanide is the correct compound you need for your samples. And from what I read about gold in Argentina you can expect something like $5-20 per day, $50 would be a exceptional day going 100% manual. With a small excavator and a water pump running you look at something like $20/day after expenses. Looks like a better hobby unless you upgrade to the big boys and run something like 6m^3 per hour.
