How do you cope, fellow macacos? I have all the windows open, i took my laptop table into the middle of the room, i'm completely naked, i put up a fresh cotton sheet on top of my chair, i sawed off the handles, yet i'm still sweating like a beast. The sheet gets wet immediately because my back's sweating like crazy, and it's very uncomfortable.
>you fat
no!

Don't be an anti he didn't hurt you. 23 is a bit high if you google it you'd see that's true
A cross breeze by opening specific windows is nice although i imagine brazil suffers from humidity.
Getting a dehumidifier will need to be emptied often and brazil may need specific dehumidifiers or just large dehumidifiers that hold lots of water
This and A/C are the only real solution.

Just before bed you could take a cold shower and drink some cold water.
This will lower your body temperature enough where you could get at least a few hours of monkey shut eye time
This and sleep infront of a fan while your dehumidifier(s) arrive. I would understand it if you can't afford or instal A/C but at the very least you could do 1 out of the 2 most inportant things... Meanie...

The opposite. It will make the body heat up.
That's why traditionally people drink warm beverages in warm countries too.
He should drink some tea.
