Sure, but they already exist, once they exist... there is nothing you can do about it. But it doesn't mean you shouldn't avoid a problem if you can, and they could. They could have adopted. Hell, nowadays with genetic editing, probably you could even modify the genes to make sure their child wouldn't have some fucked spine and just be normal.
What I find funny is that bioethicist cucks whine about, for instance, that chinese scientist who made baby immune to HIV by adding some gene that only a few percent of the population has. All everyone was denouncing "oh, he is so evil!".
