I think I took too much Vitamin D3, perhaps I wasn't deficient in it after all.

I saw some kike tube video where they talked about some experiments they did with vitamin d int he 40s or somethign and people only got problems iwth vitamin d poisonign when they took 100000s of IU daily for months

kikes hate vitamine d. imagine if one could just live at a cottage for centuries when just felling needful trees?

>>25633506 Daily maintenance dose* recommended by actual doctors on Youtube** and such is 10.000. Daily max dose recommended by the WHO is 4000. So taking 50.000 once is probably not a biggy. *mind you, that is NOT some sort of therapy dose **not tinfoil quacks who suddenly get political or whatever, I mean physicians with millions of subs

>>25633520 PS: Also, it takes time until the effect starts to take hold in the body, so you would have to do this for a prolonged period of time. Same with many other suppliments btw. It takes several months of taking vitamine D until it starts to have an impact.

>>25633523 Oh, ok, I wasn't aware. I was doing this because of an experiment I wanted to play with but I'm sort of afraid to go any further with it.

>>25633529 Don't experiment with your body, dude. I mean 50.000 units of vit D is (probably) not a problem, but taking stuff randomly is not a good idea. It will cause you problems sooner or later. Take 4000 or 10.000 units of vit D daily, and that's that.

You can take it monthly because it's fat soluble. One 300,000 megadose is all you need for 30 days.
