Disabled just can't stop winning

Chink scooter when going downhill faster than 25km/h without anything just engages elecronic/magnetic breaks , thats really fucking annoying. It says from the manufacturer you can unluck it to higher speeds but I don't know how(and can't find instructions for this model on the internet) and when writing the chinks an email they obviously don't answer.
