which is not too good, considering that when theese apartments were built they were social housing for the working class, for trinket rents (5-10% of a low wage worker)
but now you somehow need to pay 60-70% of the median income on a mortage to finance this.
if you want to buy a single family home or a classical apartment in good condition, you should earn significantly more than the average.
