That feel when I sprained my shoulder muscle a few weeks ago and whenever I work out anything with arm movement (even bicep curls) it hurts really bad so I'm restricted to running and working legs and abs. Frustrating as fuck man. I wanna get ripped before pool season.

Same, but I don't go to the gym at all. My main goal was to not get a cold because coughing hurts as hell

I get tennis elbow every 6 months, lifting becomes really unpleasant

started lifting again and complete lack of form on squat made lower back bad for 35 days finally better, still lifting girly weights tho there are no pools here >>25615602 machine, barbell, or dumbbell? I'm guessing probability in that order
