That feel when I sprained my shoulder muscle a few weeks ago and whenever I work out anything with arm movement (even bicep curls) it hurts really bad so I'm restricted to running and working legs and abs.
Frustrating as fuck man. I wanna get ripped before pool season.

finally better, still lifting girly weights tho
