Bullshit. Pi 4 costs 50€ with 4GB ram and free shipping. Comes with 16 GB microSD. More than they can ever type into it. Together with a battery, keyboard and e-ink screen it would weigh much less and last for months without recharging. The forms can simply be copied using networking technologies or a USB stick if ur dumb.

In a real emergency you could still use pen and paper and it's much faster if you only need to transfer a couple words.
