I rent a small 2 bedroom single family house. It was probably built about 100 years ago. In the 80s and 90s this was apparently the run-down crack-dealing neighborhood in my small town, and my particular house was home to a local drug dealer, but it's very nice now.

i am currently renting a studio in a private three storie house on a plot of land that a family has built with the purpose of renting it out. the owners family lives on the first floor wich is like a big single apartment, the second and third floors are divided into smaller apartments. the piece of land has a lot of trees - olive orange, lemon and some other trees
