The only way my life could actually get better, somewhat, is if I had millions of dollars then I'd be able to choose where I live which is preferably away from people if I can find such a place.. although unlikely, but if I can't, settle for something with less people.. like Wyoming for example.. I don't know what else I would do with millions of dollars besides putting it in a money market and buying up gold. But definitely going to somewhere favorable for my settis, which is not here.
Lörs?

Completely doable. Let's say you have millions of dollars (and time on your hands). I would learn to fly a small aircraft and move to an isolated cabin in alaska that is only accessible via waterplane. I would try to get a bit of electricity off-grid one way or another (solar panels? who knows but there's probably a way) and use starlink to shitpost.
Unfortunately we do not have millions of dollars. And even if we're working to get those millions, we'll probably be in our 60s when we have them.

Having lots of money would not solve all of our problems however especially if we're Bernds. I thought about this again recently when I was talking to myself.

Tbh everything is expensive nowadays here because of boomers.

To the average person, money is everything to them, to others it only fixes some problems.

i don't really care about solving all my problems, just being able to never work again and having my own space would be fantastic. the problems with me are innate and are probably unsolvable at this point, but being financially secure would at least make me feel comfy.

I think after establishing ownership of property and being financially secure aka "independent", the money itself becomes only useful for basic things and then kind of redundant after.

Living in a flyover state far away from people is the cheapest option in the US, you don't need millions of dollars for that.

You need millions of dollars to cover the costs of buying a house, keeping it, and living in it till your expiration
