Unfortunately i did not make a picture but i cooked an absolutely perfect piece of salmon, incredibly golden brown, excellent flavor, perfectly seasoned with long pepper and salt.
I'm not eating tonight because i'm full from all the cheese but i will be drinking more whisky

Its just a project from university. I am in the ethanol project from the Chemical Engineering Department and I told my team (I am the team leader btw) which fruit would they like to ferment, so they chose peaches. I expect that shit to taste good because otherwise I will be seething so hard

it was like my third time cooking salmon. you do it by eye mostly, I cooked it in sesame oil on medium high heat (a 7/10 on my oven settings) for like 90 seconds on each side. you can do it too!

We have pickled peach slices preserved in vinegar brine which are delicious. We also have peach flavored moonshine. Neither starts with a ferment of the peach though.

Made pilaf yesterday. I'm trying CICO, this was 1.3 kg and is roughly 1450 cal worth.
Today I'm making zeytoon parvardeh. I reduced 1l of pomegrante juice to a cup, took half of it, added pitted olives, garlic, walnut, mint, cilantro, perejil, it should rest a night.
