I used to be prescribed propranolol for my anxiety as a fast acting drug along with the long acting SSRI sertraline. I had to stop taking propranolol because it was lowering my heart rate to dangerous levels which gave me "episodes" of light-headedness and faintness. I didn't realise it was a side effect of the drugs for like 2 years when I was getting blood taken and the nurse couldn't get any blood out of me and asked if I'm taking any medication and I said that. She measured my blood pressure and said its extremely low and I said that's good right and she said no you can die from heart failure. I wasn't naturally extremely hard to get blood from it was just my blood pressure being so low they couldn't get any.

Love it because it makes everything more relaxed without making you tiered.
