I’ve been lifting steadily and seeing results. No abs or anything. I recently did barbell rows for the first time and I legit think it’s gonna make me ripped as fuck if I keep doing them. Because I do a ton of other exercises and I’m consistent. I need to do more running though, I’m bad about that.

It's not a normal bodyfat to have, it's the exception. Below 10% is insanely hard to maintain too for most people because of constant cravings and fatigue. At 5% bf there is a risk of organ failure. The average adult male bodyfat percentage is around 27%. Based on what you are saying you are probably 16% and think you are 10%
