I've lived in Norway 2010-2011 Here's my take: lifestyle not much different from other EU countries. If you're garch, you have a house, if you're middle class or poor, you have apartment. I lived in apartment and my kitchen looked like something from a soviet era apartment. Food is really expensive. There is a "food mafia" in norge that keeps Lidl out made up of Kiwi, Meny, and Rema 1000 It was 2010, but alot of cars on the road looked like they were from 80s, or early 90s
