The state of Finland intervened on the salary of a CEO – "It cannot be considered reasonable"
https://www.is.fi/politiikka/art-2000011070883.html
The salary of Heikki Malinen, CEO of Neste, is over 100 000 Euros a month
Does the state in your country decide salaries?

It'd be better to tax such salaries disproportionally more.

>Neste shares are listed on the Nasdaq Helsinki. As of 2022, the Prime Minister's Office of Finland is the largest shareholder in the company, owning 35.91% of shares
Make sense they can decide when they own the company

Yes. They tax almost 50% of anything above 80000 so you need to find other ways getting monies besides salary.

every country should just tie CEO pay to the pay of the lowest wage worker, and it cant be more than 25 times, shares and options included
wanna make 100.000 euros a month? every little wageslave needs to get 4000.
i am completely fine with people who have a lot of responsibility and experience making a multitude of money compared to low skilled workers, but there is a limit, this shit gets ridiculous. no person needs to be a fucking billionaire, this wealth is only amassed by the exploitation of the people who actually generate the wealth.
