You have an ordinary street with 50 km/h speed limit. There's a Blitzer and people immediately start driving 40. Speed limits are for retards so they don't kill themselves or others. It's perfectly fine to drive 140 km/h on a rural road (Landstraße). You just shouldnt drive more than 120 if you want to keep your license.
