That stat must be extremely outdated IIRC Jio ran a program of free 4G internet from 2018 to 2022 or something and that increased the internet users to 80% and that was why T-series gained so many subs and overtook pewdiepie

As I have seen in youtube videos they mostly don't speak english, specially in lower chastes, despite having been an english colony, they would just restrict to their chambers. My experience with the poor uneducated brown third worlders you don't see on the internet (they don't speak english) is vastly positive, believe it or not they are better than the ones that speak english. They just type everything in terrible grammar and post UM CHA CHA songs on social media, their online presence is all around fanpages of bydlo stuff and they are nice minded people very bound to reality, unlike reddit midwits.
