My old gym had one of these machines and it gave me awesome results. Now my new gym is nice but it doesn’t have one of these and I’m getting a little belly.
I do several different ab exercises but nothing gave me results like this.
Is there an equivalent to this that I can do with free weights?

I do crunches on the angled bench while holding a weight.
I also do bicycle kicks, lying on my back
And we have a cool machine that's hard for me to describe...imagine pushing a weighted bar in front of you while you lean forward.

you could try carrying weight, like carrying a bar or pressings weight plate against your chest and then rotate your pelvis from side to side.
not sure if works extractly same.
