Yet, all of these events are non-existent in russian agitprop, unlike Ukraine - Russia oil/gas disputes. Can you guess why?

People in Russian puppet states pay less for gas than Russian citizens. Furthermore, many of our people haven't piped gas. My babushka had been living in a private house the whole life in 100km distance from Moscow and has never had gas. So I have a guess. Policy and oligarch benefits.

Skimming through articles, I notice that disputes with Ukraine amounted 6 times larger debt than those with Belarus. They also continued into 2010's, gaining media notoriety and memetic attention of internet users. While Belarus disputes were resolved in 2007.
