Germany doesn't bring top musical talent to the Eurovision because, frankly, Germany is not a musical innovator. That doesn't mean that Germany doesn't have good, or decent artists, but we never really stand out. Or havent done for a long time. Frankly, a lot of the Germany hate is literally just MUH WW2.
