Aus die maus Bernd Sat, 01 Mar 2025 11:22:41 GMT No. 25537982 [Kohl] [Report thread]
Audi has closed one of its main factories and fired thousands of workers in Brussels. Closing factory is part of Audi's plan to cut losses because of quickly decreasing profits. In 3rd quarter of 2024 Audi's revenue has fallen by 91%. People explain such quick downfall by increasing energy prices, shrinking demand, and increasing competition with China and USA.

Revenue didn't fall by 91% that would be catastrophic. Profit fell by 91% from 2 billion Euro to 130M Euro.

Anyways that's why you shouldn't depend on exports and focus on boosting domestic demand but Germanoids won't learn anything and vote for whoever promises them they can revive their export dependency model of growth

Lel all that misinformation here. That small plant is too expensive, is located next to railways and can't expand. Also it's only producing the q8 which isn't selling well (most likely to be produced in Mexico from now on). Also I guess Belgium has too many workers rights which is why next to Germany for prestige reasons most cars are produced in Slovakia and Hungary which are countries that are more or less run by VWand Putin.
