I try that every once in a while, but the stupid levelling system ruins the game for me. I can't not try to optimise the amount of attribute points per level and it makes everything awkward and tiresome.

I know that feel. Oblivion gets a lot of shit for not being Morrowind 2, but it scratches some itches no other game does

Do you play with custom weight capacity or mod it up? I always spend far to much time with inventory management.

I'm nearing the end of a playthrough now I tried doing a pure mage of Destruction and Conjuration It was the worst playthrough. Magic was never good in Elder Scrolls. I still had much fun though.

Also random NPCs might be passing and they'll get involved in the fight if they are. If they die, any quests they give you die with them. Now, that is lame but it's also cool because they're just carrying on with their lives, they see this crazy battle, and they go all in for the Empire. That's fucking cool.

I bought it for playstation 3 and played it for like 20 minutes and couldn't continue, it's was just too fucking old then. I remember my character was insanely slow, and the face mechanic seemed extremely silly I'll be interested in this new version coming out though
