Yesterday it was 34°C in my city, so I decided to go to a local grocery store to buy a tub of ice cream to make a homemade Ovomaltine milkshake. It was really good, I drank two 700ml cups and felt instantly refreshed. However, there’s a little problem, I have a certain level of lactose intolerance and if I consume too much, I feel extremely unwell, I often forget about this fact. Today I woke up with my belly extremely bloated and painful, full of gas, my farts are smelling extremely bad like sulfur. rate my suffering Bernds.

Try a better grade of milk. I when I use cheap milk it’s like speed balling while drinking rape on my body. When I use good milk no such problems. There is also lactose free. Some nurse was trying to argue with me about it. Saying it’s the same. Besides the fact this is scientifically not true. As better milk has a healthy fat balance compared to garbage milk. One made my digestive tract feel like it was rusting while the other gives me energy.

>that's how most Brazilians feel after eating ice-cream
Unbelievable.
It's like they live in a different world from me in literally every aspect other than sheer geography.
As a kid I used to consooom 1 liter of milk every day. Very refreshing!

Lactose-tolerant garchs don't know how lucky they are. Yesterday, I still had some ice cream left and could have made more milkshake, but I decided not to because the feeling of unwellness was still fresh in my memory. This discomfort is so unbearable that it destroys any desire to eat delicious dairy products, such as a milkshake on a hot day.

Get some lactase pills in the drug store or pharmacy. These are good, don't know what they sell in Brazil:

Yeah, we have these here too, thank you for reminding me of them, Bermd. My family is planning to make a lot of Brazilian corn pudding today. I'll buy some lactase pills beforehand so that I can eat a lot without worrying about the symptoms of the lactose intolerance.
