I got no matches when trying online dating apps besides from bots or automated scams, so I gave up on that. I tried Discord dating groups thinking I would find someone more like-minded and I did. The demographic there is skewed towards internet users so I had a number of good conversations, but only one went somewhere. I eventually sent my pictures to her and she immediately stopped being as responsive and after a few days she stops responding. This was after talking daily for over 2 weeks. I gave up then and there. Come to think of it, she never showed her face so I don't even know who I was talking to.
