Do stretches. If you are sitting for a lot of time, do counterposes. Specifically do movements that utilise your hamstrings without using your quads. Search for a list online and do them for 2x30mins per day.
Consider massages too. I think a massage ball might help as well as a foam roller but speak to a physio for details.
