Well, you clearly aren't empathetic. Suffering the throes of hubris due to the relatively higher IQ compared to proles isn't particularly smart, because the lack of knowledge in absolute terms highly recommends rather abject humility instead.
The limits of mere human intellectual capacity, represented by Chris Langan, seems better recognized by him, who does very much empathize with proles in his career as a bouncer. Whether that's a deliberate tactic chosen because of his understanding of his intellectual incapacity in an absolute sense, or is just an innate sociability isn't immediately obvious.
It's a good idea, even for folks that aren't innately sociable, because it's a lot easier to get along with myriads of proles we're surrounded by than it is to be aloof and smug, because even stupid people can be dangerous in hordes.
