Thunderbird is absolute garbage it's unreliable the tabbed interface is dumb af search is garbage it doesnt even have built in signatures this is something that was in free outlook express in 2001. it is like that database program in open office- everyone knows its shit and needs to be axed, but noone makes the move

I do it for verification emails all the time. Pretty sure there is a setting to get it to auto-refresh more often but I don't care enough to dig into a already easy to use mail client when clicking a button solves any delay.
