I want to make soup so badly, but the summer won't give me a break. It's been months since the last cold day here, and eating soup on days with temperatures above 16°C just doesn't feel the same. Rate my suffering, Bernd.

If there is no meat in your soup, you are poor.

Make okroshker - a summer slav soup. You'll need kefir or kwass, salad vegetables like cucumber and bell pepper, leafy greens, boiled eggs, chopped leftover meat or bologna. Combine this slop together, store in fridge and eat while it's cold.

>>25484741 >>25484758 Well, I peel some carrots, Yukon potatoes, and Baroa potatoes, as well as some Chayote, although the latter is optional. I put the vegetables to cook, and while they are cooking, I fry garlic and onion in a pressure pan with oil or olive oil. Then, I add the meat, which can be ground beef or cubed meat, when using cubed meat, I usually use chuck meat. I wait for the meat to brown, and then I add water until it covers the meat by about two fingers. After that, I close the pan to cook the meat under pressure. Finally, I boil water in a third pot to cook the pasta. When the vegetables and meat are about 70% cooked, I throw the pasta to the 3rd pan with boiling water. Everything usually finishes cooking at the same time, and then I just mix it all in a large pot and adjust the salt. Sometimes, I add a bit of tomato sauce, paprika and fresh herbs at the end when all the ingredients are in the pot. Almost like the related video, but without those strange seasonings that she added at the end.
