The building is planned to be 435 m (1,427 ft) tall, with 100 floors. The design of the building is heavily influenced by Vainakh tower architecture, modeled after the military towers.

I understand that grozny looks opulent because of jizya paid by putin but where do All the central asian countries get their money for building their opulent cities? They aren't a part of Russia so no jizya. Or does putin pay jizya for them to be russia-allied?
