Meet Jacek Bartosiak, a Polish guru of geopolitics. That's his first interview he ever gave in 2012. He said in this interview that the USA already lost primacy, China changed the system so much that it can't be maintained in the same shape. He said that Russia invading Ukraine and becoming full revisionist is only a matter of time, he said that the USA will be shifting its potential and attention from Europe to Asia, and Europe will be forced to face Russia mostly on its own in conventional way, while being supported by the USA only in domains of space, nuclear deterrence and air support. He said that USA will be forced to 'water down' art 5 of NATO and undermine the alliance in order to motivate Europeans for bigger defence spendings. Finally, he said that it might be unbelievable today, but Poland after a decade or so will be forced to spend at least 3x more on defence than today. He predicted decoupling of Russia from Europe in matter of energy. Etc. He said all of this in 2012. Even before Maidan. This guy is an ower of "Strategy and Future" think tank, and he invites to his think tank retired admirals and generals of US Army and such guys like Elbridge Colby or Robert Lighthizer, etc, entire core of creators of US-American grand strategy are his friends. This guy must be US-American glowie, he knows too much for an average Joe.

Sounds less like an analysis and more like Polish ultra-nationalist wet dreams. It did happen though. But he clearly didn't predict it. He wished for it and his wish came true. It's like if I bet on 7 in a roulette game and then 7 gets out and I win it's not because I predicted it by some four-digit iq analysis or divined with some mysterious power.
