What's the best desktop case for a 5090 build for best air flow, minimum dust, ease of cleaning, etc. Aesthetics and lgbt lights the least important criteria.

Unironically, best cooling for graphics card is achieved with water cooling and it's not even close. For CPUs you can get air coolers that get the job done as good as any water cooler, but not so for GPUs due to how they are positioned in the ATX case. So if you have the infinity money required to get a 5090, you can get a water cooled 5090, and then all you need is a case that allows you to install the necessary 360 or 420 rad at the front to keep that thing ice cold under 600W load. Most every modern full size case will be built with a front 360 rad in mind, if you want to have a 420 rad, you'll have to look more closely. Incidentally, any such 420-capable case will also have 4 140mm fans in case you just want to aircool at first, which is what you were originally asking (thats how you get top airflow) so the case you'd be looking for is the same.
