If the US can prove that you orchestrated the duel on US soil, you could fall under extraterritorial jurisdiction of US federal courts when you come back. There are other ways they could charge you too, like saying that your duel was an attempt at establishing or furthering a worldwide criminial enterprise, in which case murder of a foregin national on foreign soil can be prosecuted by US federal courts. They don't even have to prove that you ran a worldwide criminal enterprise, only that it was your intent to attempt to do so. You should probably seek out a Saul Goodman type to advise you on the minutia of these loopholes.
