Have you noticed how many female bosses there are? Especially in places were only men work? Like, you can go to a construction firm. And there you will have 10 carpenters and one woman managing them. Why is this?

I am under a female manager now, I am a mainframe developer, they took my former manager (old man) to another team. Not only my manager is female but almost my whole team, at least they are all old, I think the youngest there is 45.
