I didn't use it as an argument.
But, for your concern, morality, like truth are not human constructs but fundamental components on which sentience and the universe developed.
Some societies can build different legal and moral systems, that doesn't imply that they are right.
I'm also not a supporter of concepts like equality myself.

Yes, you have no say in what is ultimately Moral, you can discover it. You can influence the moral and legal systems of many countries though, hopefully in the direction of (ultimate) Morality, otherwise this will cause more problems.
