After working at my God forsakwb grocery store job. I’ve realized how things work. It’s just a bunch of retards making demands. So I in return always react. My friend that is a manager was giving me attitude because he is normally dumb. So I decreased my productivity permanently and am now sitting on the washroom for the rest of my shift. I gotta take a poop. But I’d be down by now. Instead I sit for 20 minutes. Fuck wagie jobs, you treat the company as they treat you. I use to put products always in the right place when another employee didn’t wrong. I flat out refuse. Pay me the same as them and expect more. Not happening. Every time a manager says something stressful to me in any way shape or form. I permanently decrease productivity. I use to OCD organize every area I worked in. Now I don’t organize shit. I just stuff it on the shelf. If there is something in its place. I cram it in until it’s full. This is what capitalism is all about. Taking advantage of one another as much as possible. I also found a low rent place to live. So I don’t even need this job anymore. Just allows me to do extra’s. So I figure fuck this place. If I get fired who cares. Just milk this place for all it’s worth. Also every single person outside of the pharmacy that works here is a loser. So I don’t respect what they care for anyways. Right now there are severely understaffed and there is endless stuff to stock. And I do nothing. If a manager takes their anger out on me. I take it as it on my productivity. Because I can. What do you guys think of my wagie blogpost?

He will tell me to do more or less impossible task/advice and thinks I won’t remember and judge him for it. I explained to him for me to work full time at this shit hole. I would literally have to get promoted to his position for the money to make any sense. This is how little they pay. I’m forced to live with him but should be gone soon. His cat is dying and I can’t handle his stupidity. He is too lazy to feed his cat properly. So it’s going to die very soon. Must leave. Got a few more minutes to kill while hiding in the washroom.

Which they should have never showed me if they had a brain. They complain about pay roll. While making insane profits. According to google. Average profit is 1-3 percent. According to their numbers. It’s 25%. That’s fucking insane. And they actually have the nerve to bitch about payroll. It’s like fucking bang your selves. 25%!!!! The best is my manager friend understood none of the spread shit while I was breaking it down for him.

It’s funny, I doubt any of you understand the implications of 25%. It means they are doing the equivalent of a non stop AIDS train on every person that works there. Making x10 the industry average isn’t a lot. It’s fucking crushing. And they cry about money. And my manager friend comprehends 0% of this. Why would they even show I’m the numbers? He is too dumb to understand. Apparently the managers there too.

I needed “special approval” for a job that hires almost anyone without question. So I’m currently unemployable to most jobs unless I can speech check the interview. So I will stay. I do more work than a lot of people still if you include the metric of actual productivity. I do my job correctly. And only put things in the correct spot. I was overperforming in my job. So they decided I could do the job without the 5-10 dollars for increase in pay. As that’s what the job pays. I realized right there I fucked up. And have been half assing sense. And there is literally no motivation not to. I’ll straight up bend the company over if they have a problem. I make a mental note of every infraction. They won’t bother me. So I have nothing to say. Simple as.
