At least Telia (mobile only?) ranges have been banned for several years now. I recently got hit by a range ban that had a ban message: "bogdan". FUCKING BOGDAN BANS ARE STILL ACTIVE EVEN THOUGH HE MOVED BACK TO ROMANIA LIKE 2 YEARS AGO. WHAT THE FUCK? Anyway. KC mods just don't care and I've stopped complaining about the never ending range bans (even though their reasons have expired years ago) on /admin/. There are likely other range bans too that they never review. They just retain these random bans while the activity is going down every year. I don't get why. All you can really do is create a bypass and post as a proxy/onion. Bans won't be reviewed, especially not rangebans. t. Finn

Unfortunately some "KC celebrity" schizos do come back no matter how many times they are banned though. It's just that with the range bans normal bernds leave while only the schizos remain.
