I hate having to eat food, it is such a burden. I wait until I'm shaking and about to faint before I bother cooking.

>>25504108 cooking isn't complicated if you aren't picky. just grab whatever's cheap at the grocery store, chop it roughly, toss it into a hot pan for 4-5 minutes and eat. if you're feeling fancy get some salt and spices on it, but it isn't necessary.

Bernd Mon, 24 Feb 2025 19:21:52 GMT No. 25504203 >>25504214
>>25504161 the simplest, healthy thing to make is stir fry. it's basically just random chopped vegetables (for example, onions, garlic, bell pepper, cabbage, asparagus, carrots, broccoli) and some chopped meat (beef, chicken or pork) tossed around in a pan for a while. make sure to salt and pepper it, add soy sauce for a great experience. even simpler, you can buy bags of frozen vegetables that contain a mix of veggies. you can just toss those frozen vegetables in the pan with olive oil directly, so the only thing you need to prepare is the meat.
Bernd Mon, 24 Feb 2025 19:21:57 GMT No. 25504204
>>25504161 Buy rice and noodles. They last forever, so you don't need to worry about them spoiling. Onions also last very long. I just leave them on the kitchen floor. Just buy them. Then you need potatoes or carrots. Carrots spoil quickly but can be eaten with anything. Potatoes taste meh but last pretty long. Typically you cook the solid stuff in a pot and do the meat in the pan. Simple as. Some ideas for the rest of the day: yoghurt, bananas (the nigger fruit is cheap here, sweet and you can peel it easily with your fingers. basically monkey friendly), bread with butter/lard and toppings, etc
