Will I be able to buy the book "The Tale of the Fisherman and the Fish" in Ukraine? Is this fairy tale known in Europe?

oh or maybe the goldfish granted her the wish and that lead to the point where they started?
maybe she realized her greed wouldn't make her happy or she became bored with godlike might and wished for being weak and poor because that is the one thing she didn't have at this point
or the fish trolled her so she learns to respect her husband who helped her in all of this which she became increasingly ignorant of?
