VHS cameras are not being a hipster. VHS quality actually looks better and more nostalgic. What is more memorable? VHS footage or some shitty normal footage. We would all pick VHS.

VHS looks like shit due to its pathetic color resolution. I have always hated the shitty VHS picture, even when it was the only thing available.

I hate VHS recordings so much. Pictures and analog film can be scanned at higher resolution, old movies are re-released on bluray and look great. There is nothing you can do if your only source is VHS, it just looks terrible.
