I can get pints (473ml) of picrel for about $1 apiece. I think Eurofags would consider it piss but it's good enough for me. Any cheaper than that and you're in malt liquor territory, and that shit is objectively vile.

Otherwise, name brand stuff is 0.50-0.60 on offer and IIRC usually 0.85 or 0.89 full price. I usually buy two 20x0.5 cases when something good is on offer and there is something more often than not.

cheapest is like 0.40€ mid beer that I prefer to buy 0.70€-1.10€ in a cheap pub its about 1.70-2.00€ in an avg pub its about 3€

I pay something like 4e for a sixpack of beers in the supermarket. there are cheaper beers, you can buy a 3L plastic bottle for something like 2e, I dont know. beer in Romania, even the cheaper, made with maize ones are pretty good. I dont touch the microbrew/artisanal stuff because its not only more expensive but in many cases it gives me diarrhea.
