You have to make the serious effort to rewire your brain and be able to function coginitively against. Every day you must sit down with a book and read it. Even if the words slip past your mind's grasp, you must soldier on. Go back every time you feel your mind slipping, and re-read the words that slipped past. At first its exhausting, but it gets easier the more you do it. The effort is immense. Maybe you don't want to and thats fine, just become an hero.
