The only people who do are literal slave workers who get their breaks all at the same fix time and strictly by the minute. The rest does fuckall wherever you look. My coworkers stroll in at 9, punch in for 8, go to get some bakery stuff and coffee till 9:30, babble with others until 10:30 while having breakfast. After that its actual work till 12 where everyone goes on their 30min lunchbreak that lasts till 1pm and finally people go back to their offices till 2pm before they go home punching out for 4pm. And thats the productive department. We have clerks here who do 10h a day on paper while waking up at 10am, being at work at 11 and leaving at 1pm.
