Can the Z3 machine by Konrad Zuse in 1941 be considered the first real computer in the world?
By computer I understand a programmable machine. That is, not a machine that do one thing only like an ASIC, or even an FPGA, but a machine that has software.
Or only the machines that follow the Von Neumann architecture do that? Was the EDSAC and EDVAC the first computers then?

Yes, Zuse was of Polish descent. So yes, Poland invented modern computers.
